K J Institute of Ayurveda and Research, Salvi

The K. J. Institute of Ayurveda & Research is an ayurvedic college offering B.A.M.S. Degree Ayurveda courses and approved by Central Government (CCIM) and State Government. The college is affiliated to Gujarat Ayurvedic University - Jamnagar. First year intake 60 seats. (45 Seats Government Quota / 15 Seats Management Quota). Jayka Jan Sahayak trust is offering ayurvedic treatment free of cost to the needy patients. Kashiba Ayurvedic Hospital started serving people from January 2015 at K J Campus.

Facilities:

Classroom: The institute possesses spacious and well equipped classrooms and tutorial rooms. Ergonomically designed, the classrooms have safe furniture and are student centered. 

Library: With over 8500 volumes of various topics, the library is constantly updated with the latest magazines, News papers, national & international journals, reference books and other material at regular periods. The library also owns its digital set up which is the e-journal initiative through which it offers students' access to international libraries around the world. 

Computer Center: KJIT is working towards a vision of creating dynamic and proficient engineers who are technically and holistically prepared for the world. Looking at this, they provide their students with computer proficiency classes to incorporate modern day technical values. 

Hostel Facility: The KJIT students are provided with clean and separate hostel Facilities for boys and girls. The hostel buildings have all the basic amenities needed for students and have spacious rooms with attached bathrooms.

Canteen: The canteen adheres to the highest degrees of quality, hygiene and provide the students with tasty food at affordable rates. The clean atmosphere in the canteen has transformed it to one of the most popular places for the students.

Transportation Facility: College Bus facility is available from Various parts of Vadodara, Anand ( Vallabh Vidhyanagar ), Umreth - Dakor, Nadiad for students to commute to college.
