IOA Arthroplasty Fellowship

Overview

• The IOA Arthroplasty Fellowship program is offered by Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA) for exclusively only for their life members.
• This fellowship is sponsored by IOA to enable the selected candidate to visit and work at the Arthroplasty centre outside the country for a period of one to two weeks.
• The Foreign fellowship committee will arrange the Center for attachment, accommodation for the duration of the fellowship and economy class airfare.
• The selected fellow will be required to arrange his own the visa and medical insurance.
• The Age Criteria for application is < 45 years as on 31st December of the application year.

Eligibility

• Applicant should have completed medical postgraduation in Orthopedics with D.Ortho/ MS/ DNB or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
• Applicants must be a Life member of Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA) to apply for this fellowship.
• Age Criteria for application is < 45 years as on 31st December of the application year.
• Applicant can apply for a maximum of three IOA fellowships at a time.
• Any member who has availed an IOA foreign fellowship in the past, is not eligible to apply again.
