Institute of Nursing Sciences and GH Patel School of Nursing, Karamsad

The School of Nursing was inaugurated before the hospital itself on August 1, 1980, in the OPD wing of the 1st floor of the OPD building for which Shri Gordhanbhai Hathibhai Patel donated Rs. 31 Lakhs and hence the school was named and started as Shri G. H. Patel School of Nursing. The Nursing School is permitted 25 seats. A new independent building for Nursing School was constructed by the Charutar Arogya Mandal and the Nursing School was shifted there from the OPD building w.e.f. July 24, 1986.
