Late Dr Girja Prasad, Founder of the Institute of Complimentary Medicine, ICM Paramedical College, who established this premiere paramedical college in this region of eastern Uttar Pradesh in the year of 2006. He aimed to empower rural youth with expertise & willingness for this he established ICM Paramedical college under the aegis of Manav Kalyan Sansthan, which is a registered society under societies registration Act.
