ICFAI University Tripura was established in 2004 by an Act of State Legislature (Tripura Act 8 of 2004). ICFAI University Tripura is popularly known as IU Tripura. ICFAI University Tripura is accredited with ‘B+’ Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), recognised by the University Grant Commission (UGC) and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The mission of IU Tripura is to promote world-class education to the students.
