Hospital Administration Management Program

Overview

The GIHS Hospital Administration Management Program is designed to provide healthcare professionals more in detail coverage of the skills to manage and administer their hospitals as well as to prepare hospital administrators and executives for overseeing implementation programs and improvement projects. This course exposes participants to the complex organization of hospitals, internal operations, processes, roles, management techniques, information needs and technology utilization in the different departments of the hospital system.

Course Objectives:

• The objective of this program is to expose students to modern hospital administration techniques, including quality, application, and implementation. 
• This program primarily focuses on hospital infrastructure and departments in health care and public health organizations. 
• Individuals who complete the Hospital Administration program will have a solid knowledge of hospital administration department, hospital health administration and a solid exposure to the latest medical technologies.

Eligibility

All Science Graduates, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT, BUMS, Pharmacy, Occupational Therapist, B.Sc., M.Sc., Life science, IT Professionals, Medical Laboratory, Nursing, Microbiology, Biomedical, Biotech and all professionals working with Hospitals & Healthcare Organizations.
