Himalayan Pharmacy Institute (HPI), East Sikkim

Himalayan Pharmacy Institute is the pioneer institution conducting Pharmacy courses in the State of Sikkim. It is an independent, co-educational and self financed institution offering Diploma, Undergraduate, Post graduate and Doctor of Philisophy (PhD) pharmacy programmes. Himalayan Pharmacy Institute has been approved by Govt. of Sikkim, AICTE, PCI and is affiliated to Sikkim University.

Facilities:

Library: The college has well equipped library and reading room with more than 16156 reference and recommended books with 2613 titles for all the courses.

Hostel Facility: Staying of the students in the Hostels provided by the Institution is compulsory. There are separate Hostels for Boys and Girls student.

Mess Facility: The Mess committee in the hostel headed by the Director, controlled and run by the students themselves takes pride in providing best food to all the students in the lowest possible cost making it favourably economic for the students.

Extra Coaching for needy Students: In addition to normal class, extra classes are also taken for the needy and weak students.
