About

This institute was established in 1998 by Guru Nanak Educational Charitable Society (Regd.) Gopalpur, (Ludhiana). Guru Nanak Ayurvedic Medical College & Research Institute, Gopalpur (Ludhiana) is affiliated to Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur & recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi. The very first admission to the BAMS with just 22 students was made in Jan. 2001.

Facilities:

Hostel Facility: Hostel accommodation will be provided for both male and female students in the college premises. The admission to the hostel is done by first come first serve basis subject to availability of rooms.

Auditorium: Institute has multipurpose state of art auditorium which is the hub of academic and cultural activities. The hall is fully equipped with latest facilities and has capacity of about 250 students for academic seminars and discussions.

Library: The College has well stocked library with more than 10,000 books on subjects related to the courses taught. Library is also regular subscriber of various magazines, journals and newspapers for the benefit of the students as well as faculty. Internet facility is avaibles in all the colleges for the benifit of student & staff.

Playground: The College has playgrounds within its premises for outdoor games. Facilities for indoor games are also available. 

Hostel Facilities: To cater to the needs of outstation Students College has provided hostel facilities with in college campus. College has separate hostel for boys and girls. Various facilities have been provided in hostel and every care is taken to ensure a comfortable and happy stay for resident students. 

Gymnasium: Hostels have well-equipped Gymnasium to meet fitness needs of students.
