The Managing Trustee and founder is Dr. BARNS JOY, MBBS., DFM., FCGP. who is incidentally the Director of Grace Hospital & Nursing Home, Kaliakkavilai, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu. The other members of the trust Mrs. Geetha Barns, MA., M.Phil.(Psychology), MA(Population Studies), PGDHA., a psychologist and an educationist who is the Correspondent & Secretary of the Institutions, Dr. B. John Samuel, MS(Ophthalmology), MBA ,Director of Dr. John Eye Hospital, Kaliakkavilai, having charge as Treasurer and Dr. Sheena Cherry, MBBS,MD ,who is a Trustee. The Institutions under the trust are Grace Hospital & Nursing Home, Grace Diagnostic Centre, Grace Estate, Grace Community College, Grace College of Education, Grace Teacher Training Institute, Grace College / School of Nursing, Grace College of Health & Management, Grace Study Centre, Grace Centre for Allied Health Science, Grace College of Hotel Management and Grace Vocational Training Centre.
