Eligibility
- Age limit for admission: A candidate for admission into General Nursing & Midwifery should have completed 17 years and should not be more than 35 years on 31st December of year of admission
- Sex: Female/Male
- Educational Qualifications:
- Should have passed 10th & 12th examination conducted by the Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education or any Examination recognized as equivalent there to
- Should have secured not less than 45% marks in the intermediate examination or equivalent examination. In case of SC & ST candidates, it shall be not less than 40% of Marks
- The candidate should possess good health, mental and moral character

12th Arts12th Science PCB
Admission Process:
- 10th & 12th original certificates with 2 set of Photostat copies
- State Domicile/ Nationality Certificate
- Caste Certificate should be submitted if belongs to SC / ST
- Twelve passport size photographs
- Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate (for candidates who have completed their qualifying examination from outside J&K State Board)
- Conduct/Character Certificate
