General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)

• Applicant should have passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University with minimum 40 % marks in aggregate & minimum 40 % marks in English for general categories and as per guidelines of WBNC & INC.
• The medium of instruction is Bengali and English.

Documents needs to submit at the time of Admission:

• Admission Form - Duly filled up.
• Admit card of Madhyamik / Age Proof - Photocopy
• 10+2 mark sheet (both side) & Certificate - Photocopy
• Residential Certificate - Original
• Caste Certificate wherever applicable - Photocopy
• 4 (Four) Recent stamp size photographs - Duly signed over - leaf
• Medical Certificate with reports - As per proforma

X-Ray Chest P.A. view, Blood test report - TC, DC, Hb%, ESR, Rh & Blood Group, Urine and Stool Routine Examination, Vision Test

• Aadhar card - Photocopy
• All Originals would be verified at the time of admission.
• Incomplete application will be rejected for admission.
