Eligibility
- Minimum and maximum age for the admission will be 17 and 35 years respectively.
- 10 + 2 class passed or its equivalent preferably with science (physics, chemistry and biology) subjects with aggregate of 40% marks.
- Those who have cleard 10 + 2 vocational ANM course (revised after 2001) from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
- ANM training i.e. 10 + 11/2 years training should also have passed +2 or equivalent examination.
- Admission of the students shall be once in a year.
- At the time of admission students should be medically fit. A medical check up of every student will be conducted.

Admission Process:
- Complete application form in every respect.
- Three passport size attested photographs and seven unattested photographs.
- Photostat copy of matriculation certificate duly attested. (four copies).
- Photo copy of 10 + 2 examination certificate along with detailed marks certificate duly attested. (four copies).
- Photo copy of residential certificate duly attested. (One copy).
- Two self addressed envelops duly stamped.
- Certificate of S.C. / S.T. (where applicable) by competent authority.
- Declaration attested by notary on a stamp paper of Rs 3/- or more, whichever is available.
- Legal document in case of widow or divorcee or deserted.
- PNRC, INC and institute stipulated criteria and conditions for admission will be applicable.
