Eligibility

    • Age limit The candidate must be an unmarried female and should have completed the age of minimum 17 years, and not more than 25 years as on 31 December.
    • The candidate should have passed 10+2 (percentage according to INC).
    • English is compulsory.
    • Students from science stream are preferred.
    • Registered ANM with pass marks.

Admission Process:

    Application forms must be filled up by candidates in their handwriting. Candidates must apply in a prescribed form supplied along with the prospectus. Applications found incomplete or not submitted on the prescribed form and those reaching after the last date shall not be entertained.

    Documents required at the time of Admission:

    • Self Attested photocopies of 10th & 12th mark sheet.
    • Self Attested photocopy of 10th certificate (D.O.B).
    • Medical fitness from any MBBS doctor.
    • Self Attested photocopy of Character certificate from school.
    • Undertaking of expenditure from parents.
    • Caste Certificate for reserve category.
