General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)

Candidates are admitted on the basis of an entrance examination and interview, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria given below:

• Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years.
• There is no age bar for ANM/LHV.
• Minimum education: 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognised board AHSEC/CBSE/ICSE/NIOS/State Board. However Science is preferable.
• Student shall be medically fit.
• Registered as ANM with State Nursing Registration Council can also apply.

Selection of the candidate will be based on Eligibility criteria and the performance in entrance examination & interview.

Submission of Forms: Filled in application forms must be submitted to the Principal's Office, Xerox copies of the following documents are required to be attached with the application form. During the time of interview the documents must be produced in original:

• Class 10 admit card
• Class 10 marksheet
• Class 10 pass certificate
• Class 12marksheet
• Class 12 pass certificate
• Baptism certificate and recommendation letter from pastor (For Christian Candidates)
• Recommendation letter from the Village Headman or from Principal or Head of the school studied for Class 10 or Class 12 (For Non-Christian candidates).
• Hepatitis B Vaccine Certificate (if vaccine was already taken),
