• Offline mode of Entrance examination form can be received from college under payment of Rs. 100/- only in cash mode.

• Successful students of this entrance examination will be required to submit following documents at the time of admission:
• Original Certificate of Matriculation.
• Original Marksheet of Matriculation
• Original Certificate of Intermediate.
• Original Marksheet of Intermediate.
• Original C.L.C. from the college or S.L.C from the school last studied.
• Original Migration Certificate of last studied.
• Four Passport size photo (attested by Gazetted Officer).
• Bank Draft as mentioned in the fee column course wise on the name of “Krishna Institute of Nursing and Para Medical Sciences”, Payable at Samastipur.
