Eligibility
- Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
- Minimum educational requirement shall be passing of 12 years course or 10 +2 years course with biological sciences or an equivalent of 12 years schooling from a recognized board with science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English with minimum of 45% aggregate marks.
- Candidates should be medically fit.
- Candidates should be single (female only) of good health and good moral Character.
- Good Knowledge of English is essential and candidates from other states must be prepared to learn Telugu.

Certificates to be enclosed with Application:
- Attested Copy of S.S.C or any equivalent examination, showing Identity of the date of birth of the Candidate.
- Attested copy of the intermediate certificate showing statement of marks obtained in the qualifying Examination.
- Attested copy of the study/ confide certificate from 4th to Intermediate senior.
- Two attested conduct certificates One from the Head of the institution in which the candidate studied and the other from a respectable officer / parish priest/ any person of good social standing.
- Attested copy of the Transfer certificate from the institution in which the candidate last studied.
- Six recent passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- Three self addressed envelops 11 Cms.x27 Cms. size affixing stamp worth Rs 15/- each.
- Migration certificate (only for the Non-Locals).
- Baptism Certificate (If Christian).
- A covering letter in candidates own Handwriting.
- A letter from the parent/guardian permitting the candidate to pursue the course.
Applicable only for the local candidates:
- Latest Caste certificate of the candidate those who belong to SC/ST/BC&EBC.
- White Ration card clear Xerox copy.
- Aadhar Card Xerox copies of the candidate and parents.
- Bank Account should be in name of the candidate.
