General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)

Candidate age is Minimum 17 years of age, +2 / PUC pass With 40% (any group).

The completed application form should be submitted along with photo copies of the following:

• 10th /SSLC marks certificate
• 10 + 2 / PUC marks certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Conduct Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Aadhar Card Copy
• Six recent passport size photographs and six stamp-sized photographs
• G.N.M. Marks Sheets (For PB. B.Sc. Nursing)
• Diploma Certificate (For PB. B.Sc. Nursing)
• Intership Certificate (For PB. B.Sc. Nursing) , if applicable
