Eligibility

  1. Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program
  2. NCCPA certification by the program start date
  3. Minnesota state license (or eligibility before start)
  4. DEA certification or eligibility
  5. Curriculum Vitae submission
  6. Two letters of recommendation
  7. ACLS certification
  8. Official or unofficial transcripts from PA program
