Fellowship in Transfusion Medicine

1. Applicants must meet the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Step 3 requirement.

3. Applicants must satisfy the American Board of Pathology requirements or the requirements of their primary specialty.
4. International medical graduates must provide an Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certificate.
