Fellowship in Surgical Oncology

Step 1:

Complete an MD or equivalent medical degree.

Step 2:

Successfully complete an accredited General Surgery Residency Program.

Step 3:

Apply through the Surgical Oncology Fellowship Match process.

Step 4:

Submit required documents:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Personal Statement
• Letters of Recommendation
• Operative Logs
• Residency Evaluations
• USMLE/COMLEX Scores

Step 5:

Applications undergo review by the fellowship selection committee.

Step 6:

Selected candidates are invited for interviews.

Step 7:

Participate in faculty interviews and program evaluations.

Step 8:

Successful applicants complete credentialing and onboarding requirements.

Step 9:

Begin fellowship training according to the institutional academic calendar.
