Fellowship in Stroke

Overview

The Fellowship in Stroke offers advanced subspecialty training in cerebrovascular disease management:

• Hands-on exposure across acute and subacute stroke care—covering thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy coordination, stroke monitoring, and critical care protocols
• Regular participation in Stroke Clinic rounds, multidisciplinary tumor board–style decision-making, and post-stroke rehabilitation planning
• Training includes stroke epidemiology, secondary prevention strategies, therapeutic decision frameworks, patient counseling, and stroke research participation
• Emphasis on real-world skill-building—diagnosis, time-sensitive management, and long-term post-stroke follow-up

Eligibility

MD / DNB in Neurology (or similar credentials accepted under defined conditions)

Completed postgraduate training and hold valid license

Selection based on interview and application merit

No centralized admission test; university-coordinated process
