Fellowship in Pediatric Dermatology Research

• Medical degree (MD/DO or equivalent)

The Pediatric Dermatology Research Fellowship at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is a GME-approved program designed for clinicians who want to build a career in dermatology research while gaining exposure to pediatric dermatology practice. The fellowship focuses on conducting and contributing to clinical research, including pharmaceutical-sponsored trials on conditions such as acne vulgaris, hemangiomas, and atopic dermatitis. Fellows develop skills in study design, data analysis, and academic publishing, while also observing and participating in pediatric dermatology clinical settings.
