Overview
- Monthly one seminar by each fellow
- Weekly journal club/case presentation
- Interesting case discussion once in 15 days, with interdepartmental staff
- Everyday rounds in NICU/PICU/general wards
- Pediatric dermatology Grand rounds every month
- Attend epidermolysis bullosa clinic at Centre for human Genetics once/week
- To attend specialty clinics/ Genodermatoses clinic/ multidisciplinary clinic per week
- To conduct one educative program to parents on chronic skin disorders once per month
- Research study by each fellow and publication of the same in peer reviewed journal
- Two publications by each fellow (clinical study/case series/case report/review article/chapters also encouraged) / presentation at state and national conference (Attend Indian Society of Pediatric Dermatology conference and participate in all ISPD programs actively)
- 15 days posting in alleged subjects to improve their skills in managing multidisciplinary approach
- Skin biopsy techniques (especially skin biopsy for epidermolysis bullosa)
- Bed side investigations: KOH examination, Tzanck smear, Gram stain
- Hair shaft examination for shaft disorders and genetic disorders
- Cryotherapy
- Curettage, Needling
- Electrocautery procedure
- Child friendly technique of removing multiple warts/molluscum contagiosum under IV sedation
- Surgical excision
- Nail biopsy in children
- To learn wet wrap techniques for atopic dermatitis in children and demonstrate the same to parents
- Able to learn wound dressings for epidermolysis bullosa children. (learn various dressings available for epidermolysis bullosa)
- Written: includes 2 theory papers 100 marks each. 10 questions with 10 marks each.
- Practical: 10 cases (150 marks)
- VIVA VOCE: 50 marks

Eligibility
Applicants should have completed MD or DNB in Dermatology or equivalent qualification / DVD with two years clinical experience.
Admission Process:
- The fee paid by candidate will not be refunded.
- The stipend drawn by the candidate from the Institute during the period of the Fellowship program to be paid to Institute.
Candidates will be selected from 4 Member panel by interview (Approved by RGUHS). If necessary entrance test will be conducted. Preference will be given to candidates having three years experience after post graduation in the concerned specialty.
In the event of the candidate leaving the course by discountenance or otherwise and thus failing to complete course;
