Fellowship in Pain Medicine

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
• Completion of an accredited qualifying residency.
• Board eligible or board certified in the primary specialty.
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure.
• Apply through ERAS and/or the designated fellowship application process.
• Submit a CV, personal statement, letters of recommendation, and supporting documents.
• Successfully complete interviews and credentialing requirements.

The Pain Medicine Fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine provides comprehensive subspecialty training in the diagnosis and treatment of complex pain conditions. Fellows gain extensive experience in fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventional procedures, medication management, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation strategies.
