Fellowship in Neuro hospitalist

1. Applicants must be board-eligible in Neurology.
2. Applicants must have a California medical license by the start date of the fellowship.
3. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for appointment to the Stanford Neurohospitalist Fellowship.
4. The program is accredited by the Neurohospitalist Society.

The Neurohospitalist Fellowship is a one-year clinical fellowship focused on inpatient and consultative neurology, with training in the diagnosis and management of acute neurological conditions. Fellows also develop expertise through academic tracks in quality improvement, medical education, clinical research, health equity and community engagement, and acute autoimmune neurology.

1. Applications for the July 2028–June 2029 fellowship positions open on December 1, 2026.
2. Applications are accepted through March 31, 2027.
3. Submit a curriculum vitae, personal statement, and three letters of reference.
4. Application materials should be sent to the Fellowship Program Director and Fellowship Coordinator.
5. Interviews will be conducted during March–April 2027.
6. The program participates in the Neurohospitalist Society Unified Offer Program, which has a yearly shared offer and acceptance date.
7. Up to three fellows are accepted per year.
