The Fellowship in Neonatology provides comprehensive training on neonatal intensive care unit types, cardiorespiratory monitoring methods, and specific treatment protocols. Medical professionals gain expertise in addressing critical issues during the “Golden Hour,” managing respiratory, cardiovascular, and CNS challenges in newborns, along with assessing and transporting sick neonates, implementing resuscitation algorithms, and managing neonatal jaundice and liver disease.
