Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology

The Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School is a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship providing advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease using invasive and catheter-based interventional techniques. Fellows train in a high-volume cardiac center with exposure to state-of-the-art interventional technology and a diverse cardiovascular patient population. The program emphasizes evidence-based care and advanced procedural skills in interventional cardiology.

1. Submit the application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), if required for the fellowship.
2. Provide the required CV, personal statement, medical education and residency/fellowship information.
3. Submit required USMLE/COMLEX examination documentation.
4. Provide the required letters of recommendation.
5. Applicants meeting the program requirements are invited for an interview.
6. The program participates in the NRMP Match where applicable.
7. Complete UMass Chan GME credentialing, licensing, employee-health and appointment requirements before starting the fellowship.
