Eligibility
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Disease fellowship
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease
- Valid medical license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- Curriculum Vitae and personal statement
- Letters of recommendation (including fellowship program director letter)
- Demonstrated interest and experience in interventional cardiology
- ECFMG certification for international medical graduates (if applicable)
