The Thoracic Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai provides advanced training in the management of patients with advanced heart failure, heart transplantation, and mechanical circulatory support. Fellows gain clinical experience in evaluating and managing complex heart-failure patients, transplant candidates and recipients, cardiogenic shock, and patients requiring temporary or durable mechanical support. The fellowship also provides exposure to multidisciplinary care, advanced therapies, research, and management of critically ill cardiac patients.
