Post Graduates of MBA/ MHA/ MHM/ MSW

Graduates of BBA/ BSW with 3 years experience from any discipline, preferably with exposure in health or management background.

The program has offered under an initiative by Standard Chartered Bank to tackle avoidable blindness and visual impairment in India. The Bank is committed to promote sustainable economic and social development in the communities. Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital (SCEH) has collaborated with Standard Chartered Bank to support its Eye Care Education Academy.

INFORMATION:

• Position: Management Fellow
• Duration 12 months
• Location: Delhi, with travel required to other SCEH secondary centre locations in North India region.
• Selected candidates will receive stipend for the duration of the program
• Successful and meritorious fellows who complete this program will have a chance for further career opportunities within SCEH network centres.

The one-year program is designed to teach motivated, blooming and eager young professionals for a career in eye care management over the course of a year. The curriculum includes both theoretical and practical training, equipping fellows for greater employment opportunities.
