Fellowship in Endocrinology

• Completion of a U.S. Internal Medicine residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
• Proof of medical school graduation (MD or equivalent)
• Successful completion of USMLE (all 3 steps)
• Must obtain a California medical license before starting fellowship

The Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism Fellowship at UC Irvine School of Medicine is a two-year, ACGME-accredited program that provides advanced training in the diagnosis and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary diseases. The program offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient clinical exposure across UC Irvine Medical Center and affiliated sites, allowing fellows to work with a diverse patient population.
