The Clinical Ultrasound Fellowship at the Keck School of Medicine of USC is a one-year, non-ACGME-accredited fellowship providing intensive advanced training in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS). Fellows participate in specialized monthly ultrasound scanning shifts, perform multiple ultrasound examinations with ultrasound faculty, and review recorded studies during weekly ultrasound sessions. The program also offers advanced opportunities in ultrasound teaching, research, conference coordination, ultrasound program administration, and development of expertise across various ultrasound applications, with the opportunity to pursue the RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) credential.
