The Craniofacial Fellowship Program at the Keck School of Medicine of USC is a one-year fellowship offering comprehensive training in craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery. The program provides extensive operative experience in cleft lip and palate surgery, craniofacial reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, facial reanimation, mandibular and midface distraction, and soft-tissue reconstruction. A distinctive feature is its integration of oral and maxillofacial surgery, providing comprehensive orthognathic surgery training. Fellows participate in preoperative planning, surgical procedures, postoperative care, follow-up, complication management, teaching, and weekly case conferences. Training occurs across multiple hospitals, including Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles General Medical Center, and Keck Hospital of USC.
