The Cornea, External Disease Fellowship at the University of Minnesota Medical School is a 1-year fellowship focused on advanced medical and surgical management of anterior segment diseases. Training includes corneal transplantation, complex cataract surgery, intraocular lens complications, ocular surface reconstruction, keratoprosthesis, ocular oncology, and ocular microbiology. Fellows also participate in clinical and laboratory research and teaching of residents and medical students.
