Fellowship offers practical, academic, clinical experience of 800 procedures per year, research opportunity, cadaver lab course, possible international visitation to another centre for a short period. The fellowship duration ranges from short term of 6 weeks to long term of one year. Over 7 years 30 surgeons are benefited. Mentoring is done closely on one to one basis with good learning opportunity.
