Arthroscopic Surgery


    • The One Year fellowship program is run under Dr Amyn Rajani.
    • The program emphasis will be placed on the development of skills in diagnosis and treatment of pathologies in knee and shoulder along with sports injuries.
    • The centre has associated with Breach Candy Hospital, Lilavati Hospital, Saifee Hospital Mumbai for surgical practical exposure.
    • RESEARCH: The fellow is expected to complete at least 2 Manuscripts during the tenure.
    • The fellows will get INR 30,000/- per month stipend.


    • Fellows will be exposed to Complex Knee Reconstruction, including Multi-ligament Knee Injuries and Chondral Surgery, Arthroscopic Bankart Repair, Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair, Slap Repair and Mini-open Latarjet.
    • Fellows will be exposed to Primary Total Knee, Partial Knee and Revision Knee Arthroplasty along with Total Shoulder Arthroplasty and Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty.

    All Applicants must fulfill the below mentioned criteria:

    • Completed a formal postgraduate training in orthopaedics.
    • Not more than 35 yrs of age.
    • Interest in the field of Arthroscopy and Joint Replacement.
    • Maharashtra Medical Council Registration- Mandatory (application Receipt will suffice).
    • Professional indemnity insurance coverage of 25 lakhs.
