The Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Fellowship at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware, in collaboration with Sidney Kimmel Medical College, is a two-year ACGME-accredited training program providing comprehensive clinical, research, and educational experience. Fellows rotate through pediatric and adult allergy, asthma, and immunology clinics, gaining experience evaluating and managing conditions including asthma, food and environmental allergies, urticaria, angioedema, drug allergy, immunodeficiency, autoimmune disorders, and anaphylaxis. The curriculum combines didactic lectures with hands-on clinical practice, research mentorship, and interdisciplinary conferences. Fellows build skills in diagnostic procedures such as skin testing, pulmonary function testing, food challenges, immunotherapy administration, and collaborative care with subspecialties such as dermatology, pulmonology, and gastroenterology.
