The Administrative Fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is an 18–24-month postgraduate leadership development experience offered by one of the leading pediatric medical centers in the United States. Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, finance, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or equivalent) earned within one year before start or during fellowship completion window
- Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in healthcare management
- Eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship may be considered)

Admission Process:
