Fellowship Course in Diagnostic Neuro Radiology

The Diagnostic Neuroradiology Fellowship at UC Irvine is a one-year ACGME-approved advanced training program designed to provide comprehensive expertise in imaging of the brain, spine, head, and neck; fellows spend the majority of the year (about 10 months) gaining intensive hands-on experience in interpreting complex neuroradiologic studies across a high-volume academic setting, while also completing dedicated rotations in Interventional Neuroradiology and Pediatric Neuroradiology (at Children’s Hospital of Orange County); the program emphasizes supervised learning under experienced faculty, exposure to a wide spectrum of neurological disorders, and development of strong diagnostic, clinical, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills essential for subspecialty practice in neuroradiology
