Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa is promoted by Mohammadiya Educational Society, a registered society in India. The area of operations of the society shall be initially confined to the Revenue limits of Kadapa district and shall be extended to other places in Andhra Pradesh, as well as in other states in India in pursuance of its objectives. It belongs to AQJ - Group of Institutions. The AQJ group was born in the year 1996. Since then, the group has made phenomenal progress in the field of education. The group has grown in leaps and bounds as a result of which, they own as many as 7 Colleges in the entire state of Andhra Pradesh. The Maqbool Hussain Educational Welfare Society, Mohammad Vaziruddin Educational Society, and Mohammadiya Educational Society are the divisions of AQJ Group.
