The dual fellowship integrates two highly demanding subspecialties:

• Neonatology: Management of preterm infants, neonatal respiratory distress, sepsis, nutrition, neonatal emergencies
• Pediatric Critical Care: Managing critically ill children, ventilator care, multi-organ support, PICU protocols
  Trainees gain comprehensive exposure to both NICU and PICU patient care, procedural competency, emergency response training, and clinical research experience.

This fellowship notably provides an optional observership opportunity at Birmingham Women’s & Children’s Hospital, UK, for selected fellows, including shared accommodation & stipend support
