Dr.J.K.S. Homoeopathic Medical College was established on 2nd October , 1975 which was intially named as Assam Homoeopathic Medical College. Later it was renamed as Dr. J. K. Saikia Homoeopathic Medical College in memory of the donor of the main building. The college is affiliated to Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Science , Guwahati, Assam.
