Doon Valley Institute of Pharmacy and Medicine, Karnal

The Doon Valley Institute of Pharmacy and Medicine was established in the year 2004 with B. Pharmacy course affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Now the college offers B. Pharmacy & M. Pharmacy courses duly approved by AICTE, PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) and it is affiliated to Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtakand.

Facilities:

Library: The well stocked Library of Doon Valley is constructed in 13,000 sqft. area, spacious enough to accommodate over 700 students at a time. It has above 80,000 books and 120 online journals, catering to subjects of B. Tech, M. Tech, B. Pharma, M. Pharma, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA and B.Ed. Apart from a rich collection of books and journals, it also offers pertinent manuals and CDs.

Hostel Facility: hostel facilities are available for boys and girls which are looked after by the wardens and other supporting staff. Various recreational facilities, viz., TV, indoor games, magazines, newspapers etc. are made available to the hostiles. Care is taken to provide home like atmosphere and efforts are made to make the environment conducive to studies.

Canteen: Doon Valley Education City has a well established Cafeteria/Canteen which provides hygienic food at very reasonable prices. It provides different eatables, shakes, juices etc. Well furnished cafeteria and spacious canteen is maintained to provide all the facilities to students to make their free moments more enjoyable.

Transportation Facility: The college provides transportation facility for their students from various places like: Asandh, Indri , Pundri, Panipat and Kurukshetra.

Other Facilities: Sports, Laboratories.
