- 10 + 2 examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology from schools located in Gujarat and affiliated to Gujarat Board or CBSE or ICSE or International School Board or National Institute of Open Schooling.
- 10 + 2 examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology from schools affiliated to state Board or CBSE or ICSE or International School Board or National Institute of Open Schooling.
- A pass in Diploma Pharmacy Course from an institute located in Gujarat and approved by Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
- Any other qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any one of the above examination.
