DNB Medical oncology is a 3 year super specialty course in which students are trained practically and also academically in a complete integrated manner to attain skills on treating a cancer patient in a way of personalized oncological practice. The Medical Oncology Department at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Bangalore treats more than 150-200 patients every day with rare, complex and common cancers. The hospital is located in the heart of the city and receives referrals from across Karnataka and nearby state. In addition to learning from highly experienced faculty, the candidate will benefit from rigirous academic sessions and access to state of the art research laboratories and rotation with the Hemato Oncology and Bone MarrowTtransplantation unit.

Admission Process:
The admission will be through all India entrance exam, NEET-SS (Super Specialty) includes admission for DM/ MCh & DNB courses. The NEET-SS exam conducted by National Board of Examination (NBE), New Delhi, and published merit list. The admission process and seat allotment will be done by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 100% seats in all over India.
