During this course the fellow will learn the various aspects to be considered while treating a patient with oral cancer. By taking part actively in the tumor-board discussions and the patient follow-ups,he/she will learn about the formulation of treatment plans suffering from cancer. The fellow will receive hands-on training in performing ablative procedures including neck dissections and resection of tumors and performing regional and loco-regional flaps as well as assist in a few microvascular procedure. The fellow will have to submit a research project by the end of the course.
