Application form with prospectus can be obtained from the college directly. The Candidate must give her full name as seen in the S.S.L.C. certificate in the application form and in all related correspondence. The information given in the application form should be correct. Any false information or suppression of any factual information in the application would be considerate sufficient for disqualification of application. If false information or suppression of factual information has been furnished by the candidate any time during the programme, the candidate would be liable to be terminated besides other actions taken by the institution. The duly completed application form has to be submitted to the Principal, BGS College of Nursing, Mysore. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Any document sent separately should be enclosed with a covering letter explaining the purpose of the same with full name. If reply is expected, a self addressed envelope must be enclosed with postal stamps affixed.
