Overview

    The course consists of two parts.

    Part I (1st year) consists of (i) General and Radiation Physics (ii) Anatomy (iii) Physiology and (iv) Pathology.

    Part II (2nd year) consists of (i) Physics of Medical imaging and Radiotherapy and (ii) Radiography including Dark Room Technique (iii) Radiotherapy.

    The course shall be conducted under department of Radiology of the Hospital.

Eligibility

    Candidates who have passed the Plus Two / Higher Secondary / Pre degree Examination from Kerala with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as Optional subjects or any other examination recognized by the Universities in Kerala as equivalent there to are eligible for admission, to DRT and DOTAT courses provided that they have secured an aggregate of 40% marks in Optional subjects. Relaxation of marks will be allowed to candidates of SC/ ST communities.
