Applicants must have passed the 12th standard in Science stream.

Every student is required to attend at least 75% of the classes in each subject. Less attendance may debar the student from appearing at the examination. The medium of instruction in all the courses is English. English text. as well as Spoken-English, are taught- exclusively to make the student fluent in English.

The admission of candidates is strictly on merit basis, which in certain circumstances may be assessed by a written test and a personality test. The list of the selected candidates shall be displayed on the Institute Notice Board and the candidates will be intimated by post also. The admission is open to the candidates of either sex. The candidate must be physically and mentally sound and free from any defect. Candidates shall be required to submit Medical Certificates.
