Eligibility
- Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Mathematics.
- Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 1st January of the year for admission to the Pharmacy Course.

Admission Process:
- Admit card/certificate of respective board showing the candidate’s date of birth/age (original + two Xerox copies)
- Admit card of WBJEE/JEE (Mains)/ Common Entrance Test for Diploma original + two Xerox copies
- 8 copies of stamp size coloured photograph
- A recent certificate showing the powers of glasses for the candidates wearing glasses
- Required amount of fee to be paid as fee for admission
- Migration Certificate (those who are already registered in any University/Board other than WB Council)
- Registration Certificate (Original) for B. Pharm passout of MAKAUT, WB and two xerox copies
- Character Certificate from the head of the institution last attended
- Allotment Letter of WBJEE/WBSCT & VE & SD for Centralized Counseling allot candidate
